Synchronize SharePoint Contacts with Microsoft Outlook

You can synchronize your SharePoint contacts with your Microsoft Outlook. Connecting contact list to Outlook will import and export all contacts in SharePoint and vice versa.

In order to synchronize your SharePoint contacts with Microsoft Outlook, do the following:

1) First go to your SharePoint ‘Contacts page‘.

2) Go to the ‘List’ tab in the ribbon. Further click on ‘Connect to Outlook’ option.

You will be prompted with the following messages:

3) Once you click ‘Yes’ in the prompt shown above, your list will get synchronized with Outlook.
